Dye/Tubes/Scan - test

Has anyone had this done ? Is it painful ? Want to be prepared... it's the next thing they are testing... we've just started the investigation process...

I have had it twice, a couple of years apart. I didn't find it painful at all. Just a little uncomfortable at times. I know it is painful for some though, take some painkillers before you go to help.
Try not to worry about it or stress, it will be worse if you tense up xx

I found it a bit ouchy when they put the clip on before they start injecting the dye. It was uncomfortable but not too bad. I didn't take painkillers and I went back to work afterwards. I did have some pain and cramping later on in the evening. I had no blockages, I've heard people who have had blockages say it was more painful. Good luck
