blocked fallopian tubes

Hi i have PCOS and have been trying for a baby for 6 months now, i have seen my doctor today who is going to send me back to the gynie for more tests as she thinks my tubes may be blocked, i think the test is called hsg? i understand how this works buy i was wondering if anyone knows what will happen if they are blocked and can they unblock them if so how?

depends on the cause of the blockage. If they are blocked they will probably want to do a laparoscopy to investigate further and sort out any problems
