Morning!
We bought a duvet for Jess as she was snug in her sleeping bags and kept moaning about her toes! She's very excited about the Minnie duvet cover and first two nights were fine but now she's been around 4am and crying. She's always lying on top of it facing the other way. I've tucked it in the bottom, tucked her in, used blankets but she's always on top. She's wearing a vest, pjs and socks unless she's taken the socks off....
I'm guessing she's cold so can anyone recommend any thick warm pjs or onesies. I've had a quick scout online but nothing is really jumping out to me as cosy!
Or any tips on how to keep her under the covers?
Thanks x

You'd be surprised how much duvets and pillows around the child can warm them up massively! But when my lo was your lo's age I ended up letting him sleep on top of it and use a fleece to tuck him in if he felt a little cold. I always take socks off as it's a place for the heat to escape and for some reason i've convinced myself socks off equals falling asleep more easily lol! He only just recently started sleeping under his duvet my son is 28 month now

I didn't even consider having my eldest out a sleeping bag at that age, he is just far too restless a sleeper and I worried about him getting cold.

Instead of a duvet could you try a light blanket that might be easier for her to reposition herself?

I always used to find lovely fleecy baby grows at asda.

I've bought a single for that reason so it's tucked under the mattress at both sides and the bottom. Lucie slides in at the top and she stays snug and it doesn't move unlike her toddler one which was always under her or on the floor!

I only took my daughter out of sleeping bags when I knew she'd be able to pull a duvet back on herself if she wanted to. She was just over 2yr.

You can get really long sleeping bags. My 2 year old is still in them and has loads of room, she is definitely not short for her age. Worth having a shop about maybe and try again in a few months? X
