Thanks girls, feeling sick worrying about what they are going to say. I'll let u know girls xx

Well I am a little confused & don't know if u girls can help shed some light, dr wasn't very informative & has kind of made me worry more that I feel like crying. My 21 day bloods were fine but the hormone level blood test shows that my eastrogen is on the low side & testosterone levels on the higher side, she didn't explain why this would be. She dissappeared to see my registered dr for ages to ask him what she should do I guess and come back & said I have to repeat the test but this time on day 19 to see what they show, hubby has to do a test also. As I am off on my cruise sat I won't be able to do my test till next cycle so now I am left in limbo with no answers :(

Oh sorry you were left like that just wondering!
It can be e sign of pcos or early menopause <( not usually if your still getting reg periond )

But hormone levels fluctuate month to month really so they prob want to test again alomst like a second opinion if you get me?

Dont worry or stress it could be that your next bloods are fine ! and relax and enjoy your holiday and hopefully you'll not need to have the second lot and you'll concieve a holiday baby x x

That's the confusing thing I am ovulating & having regular periods so I am hoping I am ok & my hormones were just off when they did the bloods. Can't help worrying especially when have to wait till next cycle as I'll be away on day 19. Xx

Hi Hun,

I'm a bit confused, if your progesterone was ok then why are they repeating it on day 19?

Are they gonna do your estrogen and testosterone again on day 19 as they should be done on day 3.

Maybe call the reception and ask them to give you your results and the measurements and you should be able to find some reliable info online.

I wouldn't worry, in my experience GP's have difficulty interpreting results sometimes and don't worry about menopause and things like that, there's one lady who was told by her GP she was in menopause who is now in Tri 3!

Enjoy your hols!:)

xx

I had my bloods done on day 3 but want me to repeat them on day 19, my guess is to compare the levels? The dr wasn't very informative at all I had to probe to get answers but as I don't really know what I am talking about it's hard to ask the right questions to get the right answers not sure if they would give me the results or if they would just say see dr.

I normally just call the receptionist and they can just bring then up on their computer.

xx
