I've got a hangover today. OH and I have been enjoying the fact that I'm no longer PG or BF-ing and we've been cracking into the wine rack once the kids are in bed. No harm in that I hear you say. It's only at the weekend after all.
Now, I can get sozzled on half a bottle of wine these days, and that's my only tipple, apart from the odd Guiness.
Last night we went mad though and got through THREE bottles!!

How much on average do you ladies drink these days? Am I on a slippery slope here??

I don't drink very often - I have no idea why

When I do though I can get drunk very quickly

Thinking about drink is making my stomach turn :puke:

Hi

After having Kiara i didnt drink much because i was bf and having to pump was a pain and Kiara never ever took to the bottle .
But the one night we left her for the night i got pissed and it felt great .. till the next day . I was still able to drink loads but could drink double that even before i had her . Worried im gonnabe a cheap drunk after this one :) I do wish i could have a nice cold beer though  wishful thinking

 i cant think the last time i had a drink was
Ive got to go out soon, ill go mad!

Im usually on floor after a couple glasses of wine lol
im such a light-weight but its a cheap night for me

i don't drink very often. i like a glass or two of wine in the evening sometimes or a cold lager on a warm day but thats it.

like you charlotte im flat on my back pretty soon too
hubby used to call me a cheap date.

I've forgotten what it's like to actually go out for a drink! I'm coming over to the UK in May, so I think I'll get my mum to babysit and remind myself what a pub is!

:cheer:

Ive had a few glasses sinse having Olivia but thats it, I dont really enjoy drinking that much anymore and would often opt out as im breastfeeding and wouldnt want Olivia getting any of it. To be honest im not really botherd I have plenty of time to enjoy myself once shes abit older I dont even care that I cant go out for me 21st Birthday in May, she far more important to me :D :cheer:

ive not had a drink since finding out i was pregnant - not even after alice was born. not sure if i should be proud of myself, or if im just sad!

god, 3 bottles! i don't think i would even be able to walk!!!

I usually have a drink on saturday nights. If I am at home with just OH I will probably have one glass of wine but if our friends come over to eat I will probably go through a bottle. I occasionally go out and then I admit that I probably drink way too much. I try to limit myself to drinking alcohol once a week.

By the way I have also got a bit of a hangover today as I went out for a meal last night and then to the pub for a bit so I know how you are feeling :puke:

I haven't had much at all since I found out I was pregnant and now I'm breastfeeding I can't be bothered with expressing if I don't have to so I don't really bother!
Before was a different story I used to get through 2 bottles of wine easily by myself  and was getting so I was drinking far too often so I won't be going back to that!
Then again, when I've stopped breast feeding I can't wait to share a bottle or three on a weekend-just not every day!

1 glass of wine is all i can manage these days. Last time i went out and got drunk the hangover with the baby just wasn't worth it. Mind you he was poorly so he slept most of the day, so i could get my sleep. How bad does that sound!!! :(

Yes  it was a bit excessive. Mind you, it was over about six hours and accompanied by a fantastic meal cooked by OH. I felt wrotten yesterday though, the little ones don't appreciate when you have a hangover so it was hard work!

I'm glad to say I'm feeling human again today. No more wine for me until I get to the UK :cheer:

I tried half a guiness since Ive had LO and gave me a humdinger headache so giving it a miss.
