Do you?

I'm not a big drinking but I'm going on holiday during my Tww and would like the odd glass of vino because we have babysitters which we don't normally have 😂😂

My family will twig something is off as I normally walk through the door asking for someone to pour me a glass no matter what time of day 😂

Hubby has suggested not ttcing this month, but that's not an option for me

I have the odd glass of wine during my tww. I try to live life as normally as possible as otherwise I think it increases stress levels and I’m focusing on it too much. I don’t have have more than one at a time and won’t have any in the days around AF being due. Enjoy your hols!

Rule of thumb - drink until it's pink.
Some women abstain during TTC and others don't. It's really a matter of opinion whether you do or don't. There is a 21 day period after conception where the fetus is not yet receiving sustenance from the mothers bloodstream, it is considered a 'safe zone'. Personally I don't see why you can't enjoy yourself until you get your bfp.

For example; I abstain from alcohol because it causes bbt to rise which can alter an accurate O prediction
There are however women who can run barefoot through the snow and still get an accurate O prediction based on BBT - it's just my system is more sensitive.

I do have a glass a beer (I don't really like wine) any now and then and, as Mybaby2 said, I am trying to have a normal life and not to drink in the two weeks after ovulation until the AF.

Phew, I dont feel so guilty now.

My weekends are generally quite boozy  but as mentioned above, i want to continue as normal as possible and it would be overly obvious with my friends if my drinking was dramatically reduced, although i do know for health reasons the binging really needs to stop - which me and my oh have discussed.

We dont drink in the week and eat healthy and exercise regularly, so we are generally quite healthy people, but the social side of our lifestyle really doesn't help us

I say continue as you would normally, but maybe hold back on the tequilas

Enjoy yourself, I hope it is your month, but if it’s not and you held back, you’ll be gutted, but obviously I personally wouldn’t have too much incase it is your month and even though nothing will be passed on to baby, there is that slight guilt.

Hope you have a lovely holiday x

Enjoy yourself.

I have just got home from a 2 week all inclusive holiday where my ov day was half way through the holiday meaning my tww started whilst away and let me assure you I made the most of the all inclusive booze :)

I had a glass of wine or three during my tww. Took me 2.5 years nearly of trying so I needed the wine!! Soon as I got a positive no more wine for me xxx

Maybe just don't drink too many glasses. I had a few during my TWW... sometimes it helps with the stress of TTC.

Enjoy yourself <3

I'm a drink until it's pink girl. You could be waiting ages to conceive so enjoy yourself

I'm currently overdue waiting for my baby to be born so sober but if I was ttc I'd definitely be drinking some cider and cocktails on these gorgeous hot evenings

Drink until pink here too.....but its taken us nearly 2 years to get pregnant this time, so I think I would have gone a bit barmy otherwise! :)

We're not big drinkers anyway but I definitely don't think drinking in moderation is a problem. We were trying for 3 years so we would have gone crazy if we'd stopped doing things we enjoyed.

Glad I have the green light, don't think I can get through it without wine,
