hi everyone. i have read loads of threads about ppl talking about DPO. and i was wondering... what is this????

and how do you know what yours is in relation of HPT etc etc???? all very confsuing lol

DPO = days past ovulation

it depends on your cycle when you ovualte.
for example i ovualte on day 18 on a 31 day cycle/

So after ovulation i count how many day i am.

I use ovulation stick to dedect ovuation also
