How long after OV is your AF?

Hope you are all ok.

I got my AF 10 DPO this month which seemed a little too soon, but I'm not sure whether it is normal or not so I was wondering what experience you ladies have had?

Hi i always get my AF at 16 DPO, i have a 33 day cycle

I googled it and it said that you usually get AF between 14 and 16 DPO

i am interested to hear of other peoples experiences of this and whether it depends on cycle length

Hi, I'm always 14 or 15 dpo. I Ov pretty early (cd 6-13) so my average cycle length is 24 days.

I have read that the herbal supplement Agnus Castus can be beneficial if you have a short luteal phase (ie less than average number of days between Ov and AF).
