if i get up quickly and walk fast somewhere within a minute my right leg seizes up like ive just jogged up a massive flight of stairs (you know how you get the build up of lactic acid)
i have to stop and shake it off like an idiot
I dont think its cramp, because isnt cramp something you get from NOT moving?
