But yesterday I went to the toilet about 4 times and last night had lots of regular BH, and then really bad sharp pains in my pubic bone area (baby's head has been engaged for a few weeks) but I had to walk around to ease them, it was awful. But then I went to bed and everything stopped after about and hour.
then this morning I urgently had to go to the toilet again and think it might have been a clear out.

I had this last night, and FWIW, today Evie is fully engaged and I'm 2cm dilated and apparently in very early labour Hope this is something for you too!! x
