How do you go about it? Prices and that? Do you price things so they're visable so people know as soon as they see or leave peophe to ask? I'm assuming the first? Abs how do you decide on prices?!

most people at car boots dont have prices on there stuff me and oh used to do them well oh did. he normally had a price in his head of what he wanted people like to barter you down because they like a bargin so what ever money you want always give yourself a bit of room to fall. car boots are good for fast money but you normally end up selling your stuff for far less then they are worth. xxx

Yea I was thinking I'd get less than they're worth! But if I ebayed stuff I'd have all the fees etc so it cuts that out! Just need to make sone proper quick pennies! Would take me forever to get everything on eBay!

i reckon put prices on at least a fiver more than you actually want for it, so people can haggle but I reckon most people are too shy to haggle and will just pay whatever you ask, so british

I'm too shy to even ask for prices :( So I avoid stalls that don't have prices on things lol!

I have seen people doing the run of shame in to grab a bargain lol some can be quite ruthless if they really want something. i have seen fights and all sorts hahaha xxxx

Haha I'm too scared to haggle too! How much do you guys reckon for shirts? OHs hit loads of designer ones he never wears! And a ps2?

have a look on ebay to see how much theyre seling for

Thanks titch! That's mire than I expected! Just spoke to my mum and she's got shed loads she wants to carboot too, so in going to take her stuff along! Wonder if she'll let us have the profits :oooo:

my mum let my sister carboot a load of stuff to raise money for her travels and let her keep the profits. Mum was just gonna chuck it in a charity shop anyway.

Fingers crossed she let's me then  also hoping we get a free Sunday as OHs said he's going to take all the overtime he can get now! My cars too small to do it by myself! Unless I rope my sister in and parents let her use mums car!
