Does this definitely mean I am pregnant can't see a doctor to check and can't wrap my head round it

I haven't been trying qnd I have extremely irregular periods so when I didn't have one for a couple of months I didn't think anything of it (I have an eating disorder & enjoy a drink, not the healthiest combo) I have done 4 tests all of which came back with the same looking results. My partners told me I definitely am but I'm still in denial I think. What do you guys reckon?
