Does my baby have a cold?

I'm sure that I'm worrying about nothing. We only took her home on Tuesday and she sounds really stuffy and also seems to have a cough. Not all the time though. She is feeding well and does not seem unwell in any other way. I mentioned it to my health visitor yesterday and she did not seem worried. Did this happen to any of your babies when you brought them home.

Harley was like it, he seemed to cough from the moment he was born and very runny nose. i asked my hv she said either way he cant have medicine if it is a cough any way. it did sone pass though.

but also when they have alot of mucus on their lil lungs it can make them cough
