Does babs cry every bed/nap time?

I was wondering if this is normal as Aimee cries/screams every time she gets put down in her cot.
At nap times I try to get her in her cot and she NEVER goes off happily there is always a good crying session - some longer than others.
It doesnt make a difference if I stay with her or leave the room, it will always take about 5mins of crying before she sleeps.
At bedtime it takes longer, as soon as she hits the matress its like auto pilot until I shove a bottle in her mouth which usually gets her off.

I was just wondering if this is normal or if there is anything I can do to get her off to sleep without crying? Im worried she relates the cot to bad things now...

Matthew is very good at night and goes down fine, he has a routine of bath bottle and bed. We always feed him in his room.

During the day he may argue more about it but I keep perservering and some days he does cry himself to sleep but its more because he fights it when he's tired than the fact he's in the cot. I also think it depends on his mood because I have put him down somedays and litterally he has murmured once and gone out like a light!

Zara cries everytime before going to sleep. She usually drops off mid yell.

I'm rubbish and still rock her to sleep every time. Rod for own back springs to mind. Oh well

Aimee goes down really well at night but in the day she always fights it. She puts up a really good fight, she screams and screams. So at the minute she will only go to sleep in the day on the floor with a blanket over her head. (which i move when she has gone off). She's strange I know.

Brody is good and usually falls asleep fine.

Duds, don't worry it is very normal for a baby to fight sleep...I know tons of babies that cry and cry before going to sleep, I am very lucky Brody is OK with it.
