Does anyone else have Sciatica

Wilst I was having Sam i developed Sciatica, it seemed to settle after giving birth but, this last week it is back.
As it is on my left side I can only assume that it is from carrying Sam (the lump!) as i always carry him on my left hip.

The only thing is as well as the ache and pain going down my leg, my ankle and foot keep feeling numb and tingly

I've Googled it and it says it is normal for this sensation in your foot.

I just wondered if anyone else got this?

You have described just how I feel, it is worse at night time when I want to lie on my side. I went to the doctors on Friday hoping for some painkillers, his only suggestion was to loose weight, I wouldn't say I was overweight just have a little baby fat to loose. He is lucky I didn't kick him on my way out lol.

Only just seen this. I dont get the foot thing, I get it in my upper leg and bum.
And yeah I do occasionally still get it and Ryans gone 13 months now. Think I'm stuck with it
