Doctor appointment today.... 1cm DILATED :)

i saw my doctor this morning, and she confirmed that all my contractions are thankfully doing something its not all for nothing. im 1cm dialated and 50% thinned or something.
She then told me to take a deep breath as she was going to 'work on my cervix' not sure what that ment, but assume she did a stretch or something......

Ooo, and something ironic....i've been telling oh that i think baby will arrive sep3rd....and the doctor said that the latest they'll wait to induce is sep3rd! hahaha! it may happen!

knowing my luck it'll close back up hahahaha! is that even possible, lol! im going on like 5 walks a day now and adding spicy chillies and peppers to everything i eat.
