Do you think of forum friends?

I do talk a lot to OH about the forum, and sometimes refer to it in conversations outside...it has become part of my life!

i must admit i get a bit embarressed to say "oh this lady of the internet"
as i sound like a right geek lol and alot of people just think 'chat rooms and wierdos'

my friends must think im making it up with how many pregnant people i claim to no

I agree ther is a big cliche' about weirdos and internet pervs. My non-mummy friends think its great i have 'web friends' and im proud to tell people i chat to you ladies! Id be lost without you's!!!

Everyone on this site have been a blessing for me,I do not know what I would have done without you,I would have felt very isolated and alone,as you are the only ladies that I know in similar situations.My OH Dave also knows of you,and asks how everyone is on here - he was so shocked when he found out Dionne had given birth to Harley!! I also talk about "someone I know" rather than "this person on the internet" - seems more personal!!

this site has kept me sain whilst living in Oz and having house bound pregnancy, i didn't come on for a while as i'd gone back to uk and it was awkward but as soon as i returned to oz i was a frequent visitor again, don't know what i'd do without this site lol. I talk about things sometimes but a s said by other people feel a bit embarrassed saying i talk to people on the net i actually met my OH on the net too i think it's easier to form friendships and relationships as you can ask/tell things you'd be too embarrassed to face to face
