Whats yours?

I can stand spiders (Just saw a pic of my uncles on FB and its given me the shivers, eeewww!) or creepy crawlies!

I have emetophobia. Its a fear of being sick or anyone else being sick, just sick in general. Mine stems from a fear of germs (i'm a freak )

I also have an insane fear of wasps, i hate the little evil beasts from hell *shudder* xx

OMG! Moths and daddy long legs, because they are two of the most pointless yet most fear invoking insects around!! Especially the ones with big legs and powdery stuff and eyes and .........eugh!!!!
Oh and I have a fear of not being able to scream if I was ever being attacked, not sure that's a phobia but it's always freaked me out a bit!

I'm the same as Toon! A fear of people being sick or myself. Luckily I have not been sick in this pregnancy! If anyone else even says they feel sick I'm unconsolable!

I am scared of people being sick and being sick myself, If hubbies kids are sick he has to sort them out - I just can't deal with it, Also if they have been sick in their rooms then I can't go in there for weeks afterwards

I also used to be scared of being on my own in the dark - but that has stopped now - I still worry though if I'm in a really dark place though - just think there is someone/something there waiting for me,
This all stems from when I was younger and at my dads friends house which is on a cemetary and one night we looked out the window only to be greeted by these two huge orange eyes - turns out it was a kestral but Jesus it scared the living day lights out of me!

emetophobia is actually the 5th most common phobia in the UK.

I have counciling over it and never leave the house without anti sicknes tables (stematil) My 7 year old has to go in his room to be sick in a bucket and the poor kid even rinses it out himself coz i just can't face it! How bad is that!! xx

Thats not bad! I can't use a bucket after someone has been sick in it.

I was brought up to only be sick in the toilet - no where else, I thought everyone was the same until I met Hubby who let his kids have a bucket beside their bed if they are poorly, Theres no way my mum and dad would have let me have a bucket and I thank them for it because I learnt to recognise exaclty when i am going to be sick - which is not very often!

I have a fear of spiders they make me feel all itchy and horrible! URGH!
And being suffocated or drown i have no idea why but even thinking about it panics me!
x

I have a full on phobia of worms. I didnt reply to this thread for ages cos it creeps me out typing the word, i feel like I dont want to touch me keyboard now....come on logic...we can do it!!!

i'm really scared of the sea, and if any1 ever chucked me in a pond or lake anything likethat i think i'd ahve a heart attack. anything could be in that water taht u cant see!!!
eeerr n alll the fish and god knows wot swimming around u!! horrible

I cant up chuck in the toilet because when your being ill you breath deeply and i can just imagine breathing all the toilet germs in........*shudder*

I have a dedicated sick bucket and i swear i think it is the cleanest thing in the house, its seen more bleach and anti bacterial cleaner than kim and aggie

I also have face masks and rubber gloves incase anyone is poorly and i pretty much have no skin on my hands because i wash them so much. That coupled with my stupid fear of odd numbers pretty much makes me a complete freak i reckon  xx

I'm not scared of the dark as such but i really get freaked out of walking past open doors in dark places!

im sh*t scared of clowns ( omg cant even bare to write it)
i know it sounds stupid but i cant bare them, looking at them, writing the word, any thing associated with them!!!
OH thinks that is funny because if one accidentally comes on the TV, and i see it for like a second - i scream!

I on't think I'm phobic about anything but I don't like wasps but I don't think I'm phobic about anything

I have a fear about breaking my front teeth - I am scared of moths too MM; they is something not right about a moth. Otherwise nothing else much, I like spiders, used to have tarantulas :)

Oh yes, I totally hate long loose hair especially one length and if its dirty looking or greasy then I feel physically sick. In particular its thick hair - it makes me squirm!

Mine is spiders, any flying bug type thing (moths, wasps, daddy longlegs etc) and being on my own when its dark...I'm fine with the dark when other people are indoors with me but when I'm on my own I hate it. All the lights have to be on and when I go to bed I sleep with my head under the covers and my eyes proper squeezed shut!!! Oh and being in the sea...urgh jellyfish!!! You cant see them!!!!!! Lol...

I'm glad others share my phobias. I have always had a fear of being sick - thankfully it's been years since I last was. But the noise and sound of someone else doing it and I'm out of there! I am useless! I also too hate clowns - they are just weird! xxx
