Right girls,
Think it's about time I started doing my pelvic floors but keep forgetting. - I know i'm not the only one! lol
So thought I'd start this thread, idea is to do 10 a day and then bump.
Anybody who doesn't know how to do them, the idea is you squeeze the muscles together you would use to stop yourself peeing for a few seconds and then release them. Try holding for 5 seconds and build up to 10 seconds, repeat process 10 times!
