Hi, my hubbie got his sperm checked 2 weeks ago, his initial results were brilliant great numbers, great swimmers etc As I have had 2 MMC's they suggested we have a Sperm DNA fragmentation test done to check the inside of the sperm. We got a result of 21, they said it would be better if he was 0 to 15. Has anyone else come across this test ? Is 21 bad, my OH is fit, slim, doesn't smoke and doesn't drink a lot however they said it is most likely down to the sugar in his diet he eats a lot of chocolate ?
