Dizzy spells

I've had 2 big dizzy spells in the last couple days, think it might have been brought on by rushing to get out of the house although not 'really' rushing! I ended up laying down on the bathroom floor, ears went funny/fuzzy, sweating lots. Not pleasant really!
I read that dizzy spells are common so i'm not worrying too much unless it starts happening too often. Anyone else suffering?

I have these a lot if i get to hot and i need to sit down or even be sick i just hope it doesnt last forever.
