Dizziness & thinking straight at 4w

Hi ladies.
Is it normal to be so dizzy I feel sick with it at 4w?

Also I can't think straight at all. Can be in the middle of convo and literally stop talking because I don't remember what I'm saying or what it's about.... I thought this was later on not the very beginning

I had crazy pregnancy brain when I was only 4 weeks. I’d get things mixed up, like wires crossed in my brain. Say I wanted to make coffee, I’d end up putting the coffee in the fridge instead of the cream. I put the wrong sauce on a cake at my job. Just little dumb things. It kept happening over and over. Not sure about dizziness, but at 6+4 I do get dizzy. Symptoms are a good thing, that’s what I try to keep telling myself

I had vertigo in my last pregnancy. See your Gp they will prescribe something to stop the dizzyness
