Hi everyone. I'm 10 + 6 and haven't slept straight through a single night. I wake up at least two or three times trying to get comfy. Anyone else suffering or got any suggestions on how to combat it? It's driving me crazy :wall2: :help: Rant away ladies, a problem shared and all that! X

Hey Hun, I was the same I'm 11+5 today my oh bought me a pregnancy pillow (most women don't use them till further along) but oh my days it's amazing so comfy with it as it's almost as long as me so I have it in between my legs and partly under my tummy it's lovely :-) it's also good when my backs aching and I make it into a v pillow shape it's so supportive and soft I love it oh tried it and he was like I want one haha! It's also good for when baby is here to help feeding xx

trapped wind is what is keeping me awake for an hour or two! I wake up about 3am and my stomach is really tender and painful and i can feel the lumps of air!! Very uncomfortable! Its not a problem in the daytime just in the middle of the night!

I've been wondering about these as I suffer from siactica sometimes too. Which pillow did hubby get you? There are so many I'm lost....

I have sciatica too so by looking forward to when I'm heavily pregnant (only the pain part) he got it from very but they probably do them in mothercare etc xx

I'm still at the early stage and have not been able to sleep all night for the past two weeks..
I keep waking up at 2-3am, and then nearly every hour.. I get woken up with abdominal pains and sometimes just wake up for no reason

Which makes me lethargic at work..

Wish I had some tips.

Bless you. That's pretty much me but the pain is usually in my hip or back if at all. At least we know it's not just us xx

Deffo try a pillow If you can if I lay on my hips too long they bloody hurt but not since the pillow as it cushions it I literally fall asleep straight away xx

I feel like I could have written any of the above posts, I fall asleep ok but wake up around 2-3 and then I don’t think I sleep more than 40 mins at a time because I have to keep changing positions as my back and hips ache. Sounds like I need to get one of this pillows!
