Discharge (TMI)

Okay, so I've had to wear a panty liner throughout the whole of pregnancy due to increased discharge. But recently (32 weeks tomorrow), I've started noticing a very very light brown mark left on the pad, hardly any at all. Is this something to worry about? I've kind of not being thinking too much of it as it's not heavy and very light in colour.

But just thought I'd have a quick look on Google and it hasn't really set my mind at ease.

Has anyone else experienced this? Should I do anything about it?

I'd give my midwife or doctor a call personally! I've heard brown discharge isn't usually something to worry about because it's old blood but it's better to ask a professional I would guess that baby probably put some pressure on your cervix or something.

Jem could be absolutely nothing hun but for brown I'd give them a call especially if it's happening often. Probably baby irritating your cervix like winterwolf said. Can't remember if baby is head down for you? But worth a check xx

Yeah baby has been head down for weeks now and I can definitely feel pressure down there, guess its his head pushing on my cervix x

I have just posted a similar thread about excessive discharge ! Glad to know I am not alone
No advice on the tinge of brown but hope all is ok x
