Discharge? (Tmi)

Hi all, i've noticed over the last week my discharge has changed, through my entire pregnancy i've had alot of the gloopy ewcm type. but since last sunday ish my pad (a nighttime period one) is getting full quite quickly, and has a slight yellow tinge, TBH it could be wee, but i was just wondering if anyone else's discharge changed around this time?
P.S i'm not worried its the waters x
