As long as your eating 3 meals a day and staying healthy then you can carry on through your pregnancy with no worries, but once you do fall pg, let your midwife know and she will tell you if you need to take any extra supplements or eat slightly more calcium products and so on. Good luck hun x
No not at all. Its not a diet, its a healthy eatting plan! Thats the 1st thing she'll drum in your head when you start hun. You can eat what you want with weight watchers but just smaller sizes!
Yep you can still go, but you wont loose much weight if your pg, you will probably gain still, but not as much as normal if you wasn't sticking to the plan. The only thing your have to hope for is that your cravings will be say picked onions and not cream cakes
Let me know how it goes. I've always done slimming world and found that fantastic, should really go back again but cant be bothered at the mo. I lack the 'carry on when pg', rather have a babe and then loose it again, but after a year ttc maybe I should re think that
Yeah you can, but I found myself eatting mostly chicken. This time of year I love me stews and chilli con carni, you know, all the warming foods pmsl that you have to keep eatting till your plates gone and then have 2nds
I think the only different would be that preg women need an extra 300 calories a day or something so might need to take that into consideration when it happens x
