Hi Girls

Anyone got some taste low fat dinners i can make next week when the diet starts?

A low fat 'carbonara':

Spaghetti
Campbell's condensed low fat mushroom soup
Bernard Matthews low fat turkey ham

Boil the pasta, cut the turkey in strips and then heat up some of the soup with a little milk and mix together.
Its actually really quite nice!!

I don't but ask your doc, I got some really good diet sheets from the health visitor at the doctors. Some recipes are so fiddly, bit of this, bit of that.

Not at all I just got saw a dietician, not that I stuck with the diet though.
