did u exercise whilst pregnant???

i was just wondering, to mummys who exercised when pregnant, did you find it easier to get back in to shape after bubby was born???

i am so self consious as it is, i have always been a "big boned girly" ... and i'm so worried my confidence is going to plumit after birth becuase im gonna be more wobberly! and i wont want my OH to see me.

i keep meaning to go for mile walk 3times a week, but i feel so shattered all the time. :(
 
i didnt do any exercise at all while pregnant, but i didnt before nor after either (apart from walking etc) it did take me awhile to tone up then but i do believe those who were fit before pregnancy and during snap back into shape more quickly. iv seen piccys of gymbabeliz just days after she gave birth looking better than me 10 months after i gave birth lol so that kinda proves it for me!
 
I didn't do any after i found out i was pregnant. I used to go to the gym 3-5 times a week before hand but don't have time anymore :(
 
i trained getting progressively more half hearted as time went on! by 8 months i couldnt be bothered and gave myself maternity leave :lol:

i mainly did weight training, i dropped the cardio quite early on as i was having trouble getting enough calories down me without burning more!
