Did I express right?

I just expressed after I fed LO, first from the breast he had then the other breast and got around 120ml..is this enough? Is it right? Or should I express little and often, I feel like I drained both breasts and it took about 25mins (don't know if thats too much time) and he looks like he is waking up soon for another feed...but my boobs feel empty!

Sounds good to me! I tend to only offer one breast per feed as I have overactive letdown and want him to get the hindmilk. So I express the opposite side to whichever he has fed from. He feeds for 10 mins then I express for 10 mins and get 2-4oz depending on the time of day.

Don't worry your boobs will fill up quickly!

That's an awsome amount hun especially after he's fed too.

It would take me 2 days expressing to get that amount!
