Did any of do excersize?

Thanks ladies! Well the first class is free so I'm gonna give it a try? I think I'm clearly underestimating how tired I'm going to be in later pregnancy!! I'm gonna give it a go tho :)

I'm busted now though chick :lol: Since I went on mat leave last week I've nowt else to do, so afterwards I basically lay on the sofa with a pillow and sleeping bag for a couple of hours :lol:

That's good that the first class is free. Means you can try it out and see if its for you. Let us know how you get on. x

my exercise is being run ragged by my 4 kids sod hiking up hills lol
 
I go swimming once a week. I'm planning on going until I pop lol. It takes all the weight off when you are in water. xx

Yes I swam 2 or 3 times per week all the way through - felt great as you don't feel heavy (until my last swim 3 days before I gave birth!) still put on 2 1/2 stone but glad I did it and would def do it again. Good thing with swimming is that you can't really hurt yourself xx
