Diarrhea after an MMR jab?

I am worried about my son, he has never had anything like that before and he is off his food too. It developed after he had his MMR jab, is it common?
He seems ok otherwise but i have had to completely change him, is.it common?

Don't worry this is completely normal. If the symptoms don't calm down then ask your GP but he should be fine. Keep us updated!

So after speaking to a nurse and her saying its not possible, i booked in with a doctor and she said that it is a side effect that can happen esp in children with food intolerances. So i was right
