i have really gotta start getting my head into gear where the healthy eating regime is concerned, i am thinking of semi-fasting on monday and tuesday, fluids only, well i am thinking....hot water and lemon, then chilled filtered water throughout the day and then hot water and lemon again until i go to bed, i know it sounds a bit drastic but i feel really shitty and sluggish, i reckon it will give me a good boost, has anyone done the water and lemon thing? if so how long for and did it make any difference?
