hi, need some advice. grace will not sleep during the day no matter what i try. also she does not like to be put down at all and is left for more than 2 minutes screams the place down. have spoken to hv who said she will slowly learn she cant be held all of the time but its getting me down. mark has no play time with me as grace takes up so much of my day. also marks feeding and nap has become rushed as grace is screaming if left. luckily mark is an angel and plays well on his own as well as going down for a nap easily.any ideas on what i can do?????

I can totally sympathise with you, Freya was exactly the same. I dont know what happend but by about 3 months she seemed to get it that she was put down for naps. It is really trying especially when you have other children. As long as she is fed, clean and safe, it wont harm her i you cant respond to her crying straight away. And be consistent, try and put her in the same place at nap time, or maybe sit her with her play gym whilst you settle your little boy. She will soon be more interested in what is going on around her and be entertained by her toys.
