Its perfectly normal. I had dull aches left lower abdomen and lower front. Sometimes a bit burning like a period was coming. Twinges too, stabbing pains etc. I rang the Dr who said all normal and Ive since been back to the Dr and seen the Midwife who assured me is all perfectly normal.
Your body is stretching and changing and its bound to be achy. As long as you dont bleed or the cramps double you up you should be just fine
XXX
I understand why you're worried completely but as far as I'm aware as long as the pains arent severe (severe as in you cant talk/walk etc) and there's no bleeding; its all perfectly normal. When I went to the docs for the first time she said she'd be very surprised if i wasn't suffering slight tummy aches because the bean is still burrowing a nice little nest for itself to grow for the next 8/9 months and everything in there is stretching to make room I'm still getting them now (I'm about 12 weeks - havent updated my pregnology thing yet ) because my uterus is getting higher and strecthing making room for the growing baba I understand though I'm exactly the same sometimes I get pains and I get really worried but like I said hun as long as they're arent severe or you're not bleeding don't panic; the last thing you and baby need is stress
I really hope this helps hun. Oh and Congrats on your BFP XXX
Aww sweetie bless ya, the stomach aches might be down to the constipation as well - I suffered with it not nice. Oh and I agree with cherrybinky, however tempting it is please try not to google things because it puts things in your head and makes you paranoid - I was the same and it made me soo paranoid. What you need at the moment is rest and lots of it because your body is working overtime to accomodate room for the bean and everything else xx
Haha goold old fatigue, thank god mine is going now. But I had loads of people telling me off because I didn't listen to my body and would come home from work and start cleaning the house... big no-no!! At every opportunity you get REST!! Whether its napping or just chilling x
