Daniel Loves His Cot

Daniel has finally moved into his cot from his moses basket. I was a bit worried how he would be, but he seems to have taken to it brilliantly.

We were bought a lovely one from Mothercare, it has three play beads at each end. It looks so nice, I feel like jumping in there myself!

is it still in your room? I keep thinking about putting phoebe in hers for day time naps (she's currently in crib in our room). but there's 2 problems with that...

1. its full of clothes and sleeping bags and birth ball lol

2. i'd have to move the monitor back and forth - don't think i'm at ease enough to do that at the mo

she's sleeps so much better on our bed. I think it might be cos our mattress is a lot softer than her crib mattress which is hard foamy thing. We got a nice springy one for her cot.

Well done you guys

We had Rube in her cot from day one (we put her moses basket inside the cot until she out grew it at around 3 months) so she was used to it, and we never had a bit of bother.

We always put her into her cot for her naps during the day, which helped her to associate it with sleeping which might help to xxxx

Well done I had a nightmare getting Maisy to sleep in her cot but she loves it now

Thats great!!! Ryan slept in my bed till about 2 weeks ago then i put him in his cot and to be honest i think it was harder for me than it was for him!! and its great now cos in the eveings he gets grumpy when he wants to be put to bed! so i lay him down and he goes straight to sleep
