Dandruff/Flaky scalp

Whatever I'm using really isn't working, I look like I've been painting a ceiling

Oh yes had this for ages its calmed doen now. Just resorted to head and shoulders and a good conditioner! !

I've heard Head and Shoulders just makes the problem worse :/

I have extremely thick hair too, so I need to make sure it's properly conditioned

my hands feet elbows and knees have all become very dry too

I always use H&S. it's the only thing that stops my head itching.

Head and shoulders makes my hair dry and get a very itchy scalp, I just stuck to herbal essence shampoo and conditioner.

Seems to be working

There was a similar thread a bit ago about this, ive really struggled with dry skin and scalp, until my herbalist sis told me to take some starflower oil to boost my omega 6 levels. I was already taking omega 3 but forgot about omega6! I've been on it for about 2 weeks now and its made a massive difference.
