Daft questions about expressing . . .

I am back with my daft questions!

1) Is it ok to wash up my breast pump straight after use and put the pump bits into the sterilizer to wait until the next time I use it which could be the next day, when I then sterilise it along with the bottle? Should I be washing the pump again before using it?

2) How long is ok to use the breast milk for once it has been warmed up? With Emms, she likes to feed gradually over a couple of hours before bed. This means the milk has cooled down a lot. Is it ok to use it gradually like this?

Sounds ok with the washing and sterilising... I mean, if it's already been washed once why do it again..? So that sounds ok.. and milk wise... these are the guidelines I use - http://www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk/ ... toring.pdf
