Hi, I'm after a little bit of advice from women and not just Google as I feel like I'm going crazy..

I came off the pill on march 23rd.. According to Opks last month I ovulated on April the 5th.. I've been tracking using the app femometer.. I came on a short 4 day period from 17th - 20th April and my next ovulation was showing around May 7th.. Hoevwer today I was experiencing some lower belly pain that I normally get around ovulation so I used a opk stick and it says I'm high and now all my stats have changed that I ovulate tomorrow.. Any one got any idea whats happening? I feel like I've missed this month as we've only done it once in my fertile window so far. Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for any advice

It’s going to take a while for your body to regulate and get back to normal. As you have only just come off the pill it takes time for the hormones to come out of your body.
It took around 6 months for my cycle to regulate and obviously it can take a lot quicker but just Bear this in mind.

Thank you for your reply.. I was expecting it to take a while to return to normal, totally prepared for that. Just wasn't expecting a positive OPK on cycle day 12 as I think thats pretty 'normal' for a 28 day cycle so I'm hoping it's returning to normal, that 37 day cycle was horrible.
I also came on my period less then 14 days after ovulation and got a notification from my app saying that my luteal phase was too short to be healthy and I could struggle to conceive so I think I'm just over thinking everything x
