Mine is 25-27 days long. I was told that your follicular phase (CD 1 to ovulation) should be at least 10 days long and your luteal phase (day after ovulation to period) should at least 10 days long. That is considered healthy.

It's a whole new world to me. It's annoying because I did ask my doctor on and off for years if the pill would mess me up but she reassured me several times it wouldn't! So I just carried on x

I have never been on the pill and I’m 31 on Monday and have only realised and worked out that today my cycle is 35 days

AF turned up today, so I’m 34 days, so the 15th, we are good to go. It’s even in the diary, so my partner is well aware of what’s gona happen lol

I was always 25-27 days with ovulation usually CD11-13. So a bit on the shorter side but very regular and predictable.
