Cycle help please

my cycles are always all over the place normally due to pcos, I had surgical management of misscarrige 23rd December and for the last two days I’ve been bleeding in and off, they said next period would likely be heavy and longer etc nothing I’m not used to but this keeps stopping and starting although constant period pain. Does this still count as a period I had issues with bleeding for nearly a year before surgery last year end of September which I conceived about a month after apparently common as cleared out anyone able to offer any advice

Sorry you are going through this.

I had surgical management in the summer and I bleed heavy after it for around a week. Nothing for another week and then another week of bleeding. Then I spotted on and off for a month.
So got my first real period two months after the surgery.
Not sure if that helps but it takes a while to heal

Thank you I tested 7th jan and was negative hate not knowing what’s going on and hoping that my cycles become regular or at least better then it was before and not like it was when bleeding constantly. Think I’ll wait til the end of the months if still going on try to get answers . Being referred to recurrent misscarrige as this is my 5/6 one but first I’ve needed surgery for
