Phoned the hospital today because I hadn't heard anything and the midwife had the results. Everything is fine, the baby does not have any chromosomal abnormalities which is great. They want to see me again with the same consultant that did the CVS for another detailed scan at 18 weeks (in 4 weeks) and they will arrange for a fetal heart specialist to do a scan at St Michaels hospital at 20 weeks (the baby's heart is too small to be examined before then).
So at the moment the baby is ok and if they do find anything wrong with it at a later stage then hopefully it will be fixable.
