CSS/Style sheet not sending

I'm having problems with not receiving the style info for the forum layout. I've tried all the things my end (deleting cookies, cache and temporary data and restarting the browser) and it's not helped at all.

Not sure if anyone else is having issues with this? Am running Chrome.

I use my phone and the usual forum format has gone (I pressing this is what retuned talking about?) it's all plain font without the pink section boxes or bits! That's as technical as my input is gonna get...
