creative inspiration needed please!

I've been given a beautiful but small baby scrapbook (about 20cm x 15cm) and I need some inspiration please as to what I can use it for.
I already have a baby book to record birth story, weights, 1st smile etc and it's too small to put his birth cards in.
Just to make it harder, I have an older child and I don't have anything like this for her. I would feel a bit guilty doing something for one and not the other. Something that I could use for them both - or something I could involve her in would be great (she's just started school so has just started reading and writing).
Any suggestions please?

A big sister book?
A little record of when she did things for him, like feeding, nappy changes, first time he laughed at her etc?
