I have anti cravings?
If I don't fancy it, then it won't suffice and I can't eat it.
Yesterday I wanted an M&S ham and mustard sarnie but they had run out, I ended up with the cheese ploughmans (which normally I like as well) but I took a bite and had to throw it.
I really have to go with what I fancy!
There are a few things I have kind of forced myself to eat as I normally like them and I don't think I'll ever be able to face them again!
