Having just made a batch of jam tarts from scratch pastry and all simply because I really fancied one this morning when I woke up, it's got me thinking about some of my more intense cravings during this whole time.

I'm also excited to take OH to football tonight because it's right next to the shop that sells my favourite ice creams that I've been after for ages lol.

What's the weirdest craving you've had and the furthest you've gone to satisfy them??

It's not weird. But MILK!! Can't get enough of it at the moment. I must be getting through at least 1 litre a day, if not more.

I'm another one for milk! Cereal and milkshake are staples of my diet atm lol. Also I like the smell of windolene :/ that's a weird one xx

Chicken pot noodle soup :( but I'm not giving into this one!!

Apart from that - just fruit for me at the moment. I have at least half a grapefruit every morning and it's AMAZING!

Another milk lover here! I've always drank a glass a day but since being pregnant I can't get enough, loving milkshakes. I find I fancy something then once I've made it I have a little and then that's enough. I fancied fresh bread on Saturday so made a loaf, tore a few chunks off then I was satisfied. Now I've got 1/2 a loaf of homemade bread I probably won't eat lol. Made a Victoria sponge on Sunday too but by the time it was ready I was craving salty crisps instead and haven't eaten any of it yet! Luckily oh has

Another one for milkshakes but think that's more to tackle heartburn than an actual craving. Made my OH go to Burger King at the weekend because I really, really wanted draught Fanta and it was amazing! I could actually go more right now. the other week I had a strong craving for a slush puppy and couldn't find any shops that sold them.

I seem to have lost my appetite but every so often I need a few squares of galaxy chocolate.

I also dragged oh to mamas and papas yesterday but the real reason I wanted to go was for macdonalds! Felt a bit bad as he'd been out with the boys all day on Sunday and had two macdonalds so didn't want one but I HAD to have a burger!

My OH thinks I am really boring because I haven't craved anything. I think he was looking forward to random outings to pick up something in particular lol

Every time I walk I to work the smell of the new shoes in ladies footwear hits me and I'm salavating! I've not done anything about it other than stand and inhale for a few minutes though :)

There is a thread in Tri 2 about this as well and i answered the same as many above - milkshakes!!!!! I can't get enough. I have purposely gone shopping at places where there are McDonalds just so i can get a vanilla milkshake :-s!!

But really i am eating much more dairy than i would ever eat/drink - milk/yoghurt/chocolate/milkshakes - you name it. Sweet dairy is the key. And i am 100% normally a savoury person so is a pretty significant change in taste for me.

Haven't actually put on very much weight at all and am 27 weeks. My appetite is definately smaller than before, but inclined towards sweetness. Think is just my body wanting fast sugar maybe.

So interesting to read these hehe, I'm having a right giggle!

I've had cravings for smells too!!! I love the smell of the cupboard under our stairs, God knows why. I loved the store room at work too... I used to go in there to fetch something and just stand there smelling for a while hahahaha...

I've always liked the smell of petrol but now when I smell it, it is just devine!!!!!

Chocolate and salt and vinegar crisps are my vice at the moment.
I have chocolate cereal every day sometimes twice xx

It was meat in tri one, all I wanted was steak! Now it's puff pastry! Cheese and onion pasties and sweet pastries! This is not so good for my waist line!
