Cramps

I am having some period like cramps. They aren't terribly bad, but bad enough to make me worry. Is it normal to cramp quite badly? Does anyone else have this problem?

Okay, now the cramps stopped and I'm getting pains in my hips and my lower back... Wow, my body is nuts today.

yep.. completly normal i still get them now..try not to worry.. i know its hard in 1st tri.. but it is normal.. think of all the growing and stretching ur womb and ligaments around it are doing...i mean when we get AF it kills and our wobms not growing then.. i cant believe all the growing it does it doesnt hurt more...(touch wood) i dont want it to tho!!

I had bad cramps the other day hun, they took my breath away but as lisa&alex said its just the stretching

definately normal I had them alot from 7 -9 weeks
