Cramping pains

Over the last three days I have been suffering from mild cramping pains (similar to the feeling that I am due on my period). I vaguely remember something like this last time I was pregnant but it only lasted an evening. Ive got an appointment with the midwife on thursday, but I wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and if it meant anything?

I had loads of cramping and pulling feelings for the first couple of weeks and still get some now. I think most of us have had some at some point. I think its just growing pain

i have had cramping pains since i found out i was pregnant. i'm now 11 weeks and still have them. i've been told that it is the uterus stretching and making space for baby. Just think all the changes going inside!!!!! if it's not very very painful and you have no bleeding i don't think you should worry. If you get worry, go to your EPU, i did it at 6 weeks due to the pain and i have had two early scans...

Yeah I agree its totally normal, ive been having these too and im sure I had them last time

Hi Hunni
Dont worry, its fine, i had it alot and posted on here around my 4-6 week mark, about the same time your period would be due if you were not pregnant, dont worry your bodys just adapting, if your getting too worried speak to midwife who will put your mind at rest x

hi hun, will have to agree with the advice the others have given iv had this and its just stretching pains sounds like but for extra reassurance speak to your midwafe or doc who will reassure you hun

Its totally normal, don't worry. I got them a lot throughout the first few weeks and have had them on and off throughout my pregnancy, have noticed its whenever I've had a growth spurt

Yep, got them alot in weeks 4&5 and still get them now but less frequent

Thanks guys for the kind words guys. Ive got a midwife appointment tomorrow afternoon so i might bring it up then. I suppose I thought that because my body has been through it before it wouldnt have this sort of thing. I guess bean has other ideas!
