Could I be pregnant ?

Some advice required pleased! First time trying for a baby and have been trying for 6 months now. This month feels slightly different than before ... my period aches and pains started a good week before I am due on and we're ever so slightly worse than usual. Quite sharp pains in fact. I am due my period in next day or two and still getting the usual aches. However I am also getting something to e never had before.. tingling lips/mouth. Like pins and needles - for a few seconds a couple of times a day. (I've read this could be from surge of hormones). Oh and I am weeing A LOT !
I'm trying to stay positive that I could be pregnant but these aches just feel like period prep ! Any other similar stories ? X

Hi - not tested yet as thought I'd wait until this weekend - if no period I'll deffo check as I'm like clockwork pretty much.
Just thought it may be too early to detect anything yet.
The aches and pains make me think I'm just getting my period as usual but those other things- pins and needles in lips and slightly more painful cramps, are helping me stay positive!

Omg ok so update ... slightly sore boobs this morning BUT -when I get my period it always starts brown or dark brown ... this morning I wipe and got a bit of very pale pink/red. This is very different than normal! That's a sign right? Eek trying not to still get hopes up. Think test tonight !! X

Aww did a test but it showed negative ...at end too early or should've done it in morning when wee is more concentrated. Il try stay positive until period arrives ! X

Hi I did another test on Sunday morning which was negative and I've had very light brown spotting since then ... which I guess is the start of my period. Doh. Things were definitely heaps different this month so I was really convinced! I actually think ive been calculating my ovulation dates totally wrong so going forward I'm going to use ovulation tests to help xx

Thanks for your support yes going to use ovulation tests ... I actually think I'd been calculating incorrectly as previously had classed the light brown stuff as period and not the day when the proper red flow started (today)! Doh xx

Izus you will definitely get there!

Major symptoms I had were so similar to yours as well!

Really achy, tender boobs seems to be a big one for lots of women, cramps and aches, headaches as well, needing to drink more, peeing more... it's so complicated trying to guess because it's different for everyone!

Y'know if sounds gross but one of the major giveaways for me apart from all above was bloating that wouldn't go down and bad constipation!

Fingers crossed you're gonna do it!
