where do you all get your cot bed bedding?

I am after a quilt and a pillow etc would love to be able to get one in thomas tank engine or in the night garden!!

mothercare is the only place i have seen it and it seems quite expensive.

thanks Lisa x

We got one set from Wilkinsons and another set from Ikea - duvet there was only around £8 I think.

Not sure where to find those designs though

As an owner of a cot bed I'd honestly suggest buying a single duvet and pillow for it instead of a cot bed duvet and pillow. I've never tried this myself but I'm sure if you tucked it in at the bottom and the sides then it would be fine. The reason being that cot bed bedding is soooooo expensive and not avaiable in most places. I was in Ikea last week and they have lovely single duvet sets for kids and they are really cheap but I end up having to go to mothercare and spending a small fortune on smaller cot bed bedding.

Thats it this has conviced me....I'm going to replace his quilt and pillow with a single set

thank you  i know what you mean about the expense, i just ordered one off ebay but great tip about the single duvet think that might be too bulky at the moment with the cot still being a cot and not a bed if you get me!!

will let you know how i get on!!

Yeah sorry that would be too bulky with the bars still on. We made Isaac's cot bed into a bed when he was one and bought a bed guard to stop him falling out

We managed to find a baby pillow which is memory foam so no risk of getting his head buried in it.

It's not something we thought of before then, we just came across it in TK Maxx, think it was £7

We bought Isaac's cotbed duvet and pillow from mothercare. They are anti allergenic :D
