Finally!!!! It's about time...
I'm normally asked to do a sample before I go in if I haven't brought one. I actually find that easier as they have plastic cups to aim into rather than the little tube my mw gives me.
After a couple of hours waiting I go in and we have a chat about how i've been before I lay on the bed and the cons nurse checks my tummy and bp. Then I sit again and we go over my latest scan or test results. Then I ask any other questions. Then the cons gives me any prescriptions I need and tells me how often I should be seen by mw, when I should be seen by cons again, and when my next scan will be. We haven't got around to actually discussing the birth in detail yet.
If I were you I would be asking about what level of care you should expect from now on, I would also ask about having a dopler scan done.
